Personal Training

1-on-1 Training
The client is the only one working with the trainer during the session. The trainer will create a tailored workout based on the short and long term goals of each individual client. This is the essence of personal training and our goal is for the client to achieve or continue on to a healthy and active lifestyle.

2-on-1 Training
This workout has 2 clients working with 1 personal trainer. This gives friends or family members the opportunity to workout with each other. The trainer will create a workout that focuses on the goals of each of the 2 clients. This type of training is good for those who have some experience working out and enjoy having a partner to train with.

Group Training
The group can have up to 6 people working with the trainer. This is a fun and challenging group that focuses on different body parts during the various sessions. Clients can enjoy the group atmosphere but still have the creativeness of a certified personal trainer leading the workout.
